Estate & Tax Planning
Chapman Welton LLP assists clients in developing effective estate and trust plans. We integrate income tax planning with estate, tax and family law planning, keeping in mind that there are aspects of estate planning that are not tax driven.
We assist our clients in assessing their current financial situation and plan for the distribution of their assets upon their death. This planning process may involve the use of life insurance, various trust structures, or the restructuring of asset ownership.
Estate plans are reviewed on a regular basis to meet the changing needs of the client and changes to existing and/or pending legislation.
